The Acorns Open Assembly was a joyful celebration of confidence, creativity and learning in action, reflecting the spirit of Packwood’s nurturing and ambitious curriculum. Form 2 captivated the audience with fascinating facts about the Titanic, bringing history to life and ending with a powerful freeze-frame that captured the moment the Titanic was about to hit the iceberg. Form 1 delighted everyone as they led the audience on an energetic polar bear hunt, braving imaginary snowstorms and rivers with enthusiasm and imagination. Reception brought the assembly to a wonderfully interactive close, inviting parents onto the stage to join them in Arctic Yoga, with poses inspired by polar bears and towering icebergs. Together, the children demonstrated growing confidence, teamwork and joy in learning, embodying the curiosity and boldness that sit at the heart of the Packwood Way.
