The girls of Park House have fully embraced the season, filling the house with festive spirit. Their beautifully decorated dormitories reflect their creativity, while the playful antics of the Elves on the Shelf have brought daily delight and laughter. The arrival of the first snow added an extra layer of excitement, prompting the quickest wake-up yet! Wrapped up warm and ready in record time, the girls made the most of the crisp winter morning, enjoying the pristine snow on the all-weather surface and crafting a snowman before breakfast.
Amid the festive excitement, several birthdays have been celebrated in recent weeks, adding to the season’s celebratory atmosphere.
The term also brought thrilling news that Morgana and Martha were selected for the Wales Lacrosse team. This achievement adds to their earlier selection for the County Hockey squad – a testament to their hard work and dedication. Congratulations to both!
It’s been a wonderfully busy time in the house, with activities ranging from preparing for roles in the school’s production of Frozen to creating festive crafts, decorating the house, and simply enjoying quality time together.
A special highlight has been Fergus, our delightful miniature Schnauzer, who has quickly become a beloved member of Park House. Each morning, he eagerly waits at the door, ready to race upstairs and assist with wake-ups, much to the girls’ delight.
As we wrap up this vibrant term, we wish all our girls a restful and enjoyable Christmas break. We look forward to welcoming everyone back, refreshed and ready for the new year.
