Mr Chambers led an assembly last Thursday on the topical theme of ‘positive masculinity’. The Year 7 and 8 form tutors sat in on discussions as the boys explored what makes a good male role model in the 21st century.
Positive examples included Marcus Rashford and Harry Styles. One key teaching point was that the most rounded and successful examples were also confident in talking about their feelings and had an awareness of their personal wellbeing, as well as that of those around them.
