The Acorns Spring Term Open Assembly was a performance of ‘The Puzzled Penguin’. The children had been working hard all term to learn the songs and never cease to amaze their teachers with their ability to remember all the words! The Reception children are developing their confidence on the stage and are singing the songs with great enthusiasm. The Year 1 pupils took on the narration roles for this performance and worked hard to project their voices and tell their stories with clarity.
The main animal characters were performed by our Year 2 pupils. They showed some great characterisation and it is pleasing to see their dramatic skills and confidence developing. Well done to all involved!
