Both the U11 Girls and Boys have qualified for the regional hockey finals by coming 1st and 2nd respectively in the County Finals.
The top two teams from this competition will represent Shropshire at the Under 11 Midlands Finals on Wednesday, 26th March (boys 10:00am – 1:15pm, girls 12:45pm – 5:00pm) at Nottingham Hockey Centre.
The U13 Boys came 3rd after being superbly steered by Mr Weston and the U13 Girls came 5th after struggling to fire themselves up in the pool play. Neither of these qualify to the next round but learnt a lot about both hockey and themselves in the process.
Our pupils showed determination, team spirit and great hockey skills, and should be really proud of themselves.
