Bushcraft Adventure

Saturday 6th June

Children building campfire

Join our Bushcraft Adventure

Step into the great outdoors at Packwood’s Bushcraft Adventure Morning, where children aged 5-11 can explore, create and thrive in our beautiful Shropshire setting.

From building shelters and mastering essential knot-tying techniques to developing practical nature skills, this hands-on experience is designed to spark curiosity and confidence through nature and adventure, all within the safety of our idyllic grounds.

Meanwhile, parents are warmly invited to join our fireside talk with special guest speaker, James Shone, founder of I Can and I Am – Building self esteem in children.

If you have any queries about this event, please contact the team via email: events@packwood.school

James Shone, founder of the charity I Can and I Am, joins us as special guest speaker.

A former teacher, James’ perspective was transformed following a life-changing brain tumour diagnosis and surgery that caused him to lose most of his sight.

Rather than stepping away from education, he channelled this experience into a mission to help children and young people develop confidence, self-acceptance and a strong sense of identity.

Today, he shares an inspiring message about resilience and recognising one’s full potential.
