A large number of junior boys opted to stay in for the first weekend of the new term, to relax and settle back in to life at Packwood. Several pupils have converted to full boarding for the summer to make the most of all that Packwood has to offer, with more joining us after half-term.
This weekend the boys and houseparents enjoyed a trip after Saturday Games to Moor Farm shop, which involved enjoying some fresh air, gentle exercise and some delicious local ice cream. We then headed to the park back in Ruyton XI Towns: the zip-line, swings and pretend paintballing were particularly popular. It was lovely to see the range of ages from Year 2 up to Year 6 all happily playing football together. We are all looking forward to the summer term, time spent enjoying the great outdoors and our wonderful grounds, and a variety of Saturday evening activities.
