A group of Packwood cricketers took part in a three day residential cricket camp to begin preparations for the knock out rounds of the David English Cup. Shrewsbury School offer incredible hospitality and flexibility to allow the team to train and play on their prestigious Senior Pitch.
As part of the camp, several limited overs matches were played against Belhaven Hill School from Scotland, providing the opportunity for the team to practice setting fields and working together in a way that is not possible during winter nets. After three innings of T12, the Packwood team emerged unbeaten.
A thoroughly enjoyable few days with Belhaven Hill, in which all pupils gained their own personal highlights both on and off the pitch.
