It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the DT and Art room, with the most wonderful variety of Christmas hats! The children have been busy with their creations, some have been contemplating their design ideas for quite some time, carefully planning every detail. It is clear that a huge amount of effort and dedication has gone into crafting each hat.
From jingle bells to sparkling snowflakes, each creation is a reflection of their unique imagination and skill. Many have chosen to add charming winter scenes, such as Christmas trees in a variety of shapes and sizes, snow globes, snowmen, reindeer, presents, and even turkeys, adding a fun and whimsical touch to their designs. The rooms are buzzing with energy, as children work hard not only during lessons but also during lunch breaks. With every stitch, brushstroke, and glue stick, their skills are on full display.
The variety of materials used have brought their creations to life. Some have used fabric to sew stockings or even boots popping out of a chimney. Others have painted with intricate designs or shaped their ideas with papier-mâché. With no two creations alike, the DT and Art room have become a glittery festive wonderland!
